The problem, and what we changed.
The challenge
Cobb Custom Engraving sells one-off commissions and bulk business work through the same small studio. The site had to make seven materials and a wide product range easy to browse, explain a made-to-order process without a phone call, and give B2B buyers a route that feels as considered as the retail one.
What we did
We built a Shopify storefront around two clear journeys: shop ready-to-engrave pieces by material or occasion, or commission something bespoke through a three-step brief, proof and engrave process. A dedicated bulk and B2B quote route sits alongside the retail catalogue, and the trust pages cover shipping, returns and privacy without being buried.
