Privacy notice
Last updated October 2026. Plain English, no dark patterns.
Pixelyte respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address and anything else you choose to include, such as a phone number, company name, budget range or project details. If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking on this site. The only cookie we set is a necessary security cookie when a member of our team signs in to the admin area.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to respond to you, discuss a potential project and keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your data, add you to a marketing list, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Where you have asked us to, we may use your details to send a quote or project information. We will not send marketing emails without a separate, clear opt-in.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. Project records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons.
Where it is stored
Our website and database are hosted with reputable providers in the UK, EU or US under appropriate data protection agreements. Access is restricted to the people who need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data where we have no legal reason to keep it
- stop using your data for a particular purpose
Email hello@pixelyte.co.uk and we will respond within one month.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would always rather you talked to us first.
Questions?
Ask us anything about your data.
We would rather over-explain than leave you guessing.
